"I give to St. Paul's Newman Church of Fargo, a nonprofit corporation currently located at 2505 University Drive N, Suite 100, Fargo, ND 58102, or its successor thereto, ______________ [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose."
In 1958, the Newman Center was built with a $250,000 insurance policy from the distruction of the 1957 F5 tornado. At the time of its construction, NDSU had a student population of 3,250. For 61 years, it served the spiritual needs of the students and was a
home away from home for countless college students.
During the fall of 2015, enrollment at NDSU was 14,516 with projected growth for the next 5 years. St. Paul's Newman Center began planning to invest in the students and their Catholic faith for many years to come. in November of 2016 the Capital Campaign of $21.5 M was launched.
In June 2019, we broke ground on the future of St. Paul's Newman Center, and in October 2020 we completed the Campaign of $21.5 M.
St. Paul’s Newman Center has a responsibility to minister to the students of our future society, and we need your help to turn this dream into a reality. If you feel called to support the project, please let us know.
