About the St. Padre Pio Legacy Society

We have chosen St. Pio of Pietrelcina, Padre Pio, as the patron of this new society. A truly great saint of the modern times, he embodied what it means to give the Lord your best effort. He also famously started a hospital in Italy with what would today amount to only $2,400! That hospital now houses 1,000 beds and 3,000 staff.

The members of the Society will exemplify a spirit of great generosity and desire to give to God what is God’s.
