Great Catholic Speakers!
Every year for bisonCatholic Week we will bring in a couple great Catholic speakers to speak to the Students about their Faith. This year we are blessed to have JohnMarc & Kelsey Skoch to come and speak for our Men's and Women's talks on January 26th at 8PM. Kelsey Skoch is an international speaker who shares her faith at Catholic events such as NCYC, SEEK, and World Youth Day. Click on their image above to learn more about the Skochs.
Our Keynote Speaker for bisonCatholic Week this year will be Trent Horn! Trent Horn is a Catholic Apologist for Catholic Answers and is also a convert to the Catholic Faith. Trent has a master's degree in the fields of theology, philosophy and bioethics. The Keynote will be on Wednesday, January 27th at 7:00PM at Holy Spirit Church, Trent Horn will also be holding a Q&A on January 28th. bisonCatholic Week Keynote, Trent Horn.
After his conversion to the Catholic faith, Trent Horn earned master’s degrees in the fields of theology, philosophy, and bioethics. He serves as a staff apologist for Catholic Answers, where he specializes in teaching Catholics to graciously and persuasively engage those who disagree with them.Trent models that approach each week on the radio program Catholic Answers Live and on his own podcast, The Counsel of Trent. He has also been invited to debate at UC Berkeley, UC Santa Barbara, and Stanford University.
The Keynote will be on Wednesday, January 27th at 7:30PM at St. Anthonys of Padua Catholic Church.
Trent Horn will also be holding a Q&A and short talk on Defending your Faith on January 28th at Holy Spirit Catholic Church at 7:30PM.

bisonCatholic Week Womens Talk, Kelsey Skoch
Kelsey Skoch is an international speaker, emcee and author who shares her faith at Catholic events such as NCYC, SEEK, and World Youth Day. After graduating from the University of Kansas, her passion for mission started when she interned at two Fortune 500 companies and saw the greater need for Christ in our world. From serving over 8 years with FOCUS on college campuses and in the parish, she speaks on the topics of evangelization and missionary discipleship, but is most known for her ministry and talks helping women in their personal purity. She currently resides with her husband and children in Kansas City, KS.
Kelsey will be giving our Womens talk for the week, titled: "Uncompromising Woman." This talk will be on Tuesday, January 26th at 8PM in the Holy Spirit Chapel.

bisonCatholic Week Men's Talk, JohnMarch Skoch
JohnMarc Skoch is a singer/songwriter and is currently serving in his 9 th year as a
Regional Director for FOCUS. Over the years, he has spoken to and trained hundreds of students and missionaries in their walk of discipleship. As part of the FOCUS Collective, JohnMarc has performed and led worship for thousands all over the world, including at SEEK, Mount 2000, and World Youth Day 2019. His song, "Help My Unbelief," can be found on the FOCUS Collective’s ‘Origin’ album. You can also check out his self titled EP available on iTunes, Apple Music, Google Play, and Spotify.
JohnMarc will be giving our Mens talk for the week, titled: "Be a Man" This talk will be on Tuesday, January 26th at 8PM in the Holy Spirit Social Hall.
