Leadership Seminar: From Temperament to Character: The Virtues of a Great Leader

St. Paul's Newman Center is excited to offer two seminars on leadership during the Spring 2024 semester! Both courses will be taught by the Director of Campus Ministry, Nathan Carr and will be held in the Newman Center Classroom at 7:20pm on Sunday evenings following buckluck (6pm) and Sung Vespers (7pm). Leadership Skills Course - From Temperament to Character: The Virtues of a Great Leader

This leadership skills course is designed to build upon the material covered in the True Leadership Foundational Seminar. While this course is open to all, those who have first attended the foundational seminar will benefit the most from it.

 

Material covered in this three week seminar will examine the four classical temperaments and the role virtue plays in maximizing each temperament's strengths and supplementing its weaknesses. We will then explore the nature of the virtues and how to develop them and apply them to one's circumstances.

There is no cost to attend and all materials will be provided. For those who complete the full course of each seminar, a certificate in leadership will be awarded from the Newman Center.
