Check-In for new residents is August 13th, 2022 from 8 am - 3 pm. There will be a meal with parents starting at 5 PM followed by a mandatory new resident orientation. If you are unable to make it, please contact the Leasing Office to get a copy of the new resident orientation.
Resident check-in will take place in the entryway of Newman Living (1119 N University Dr., Fargo, ND 58102). The front of the building is our unloading zone, vehicles are allowed to be parked here for a maximum of 45 minutes. We ask that residents unload all of their belongings, move vehicles, and then unpack.
NDSU's Alumni Center Parking lot is open on the weekends, once you exit the unloading zone, go to the Alumni Center parking lot (1241 N University Dr, Fargo, ND 58102)
Yes, if you are able. Newman Living has a very limited number of moving carts available to check out.
There is one elevator in a high-traffic area, be prepared to take the stairs or wait!
A number of current residents are moving from one apartment in the building to another, please contact William via email at william@bisonCatholic.org to schedule a moving time. This will have to be done before August 10th, 2022.
Parking permits will be distributed on move-in day. Residents must pay for the permit and complete the vehicle information form found HERE before they receive a pass. There are no more above-ground permits available. If you would like to reserve an underground spot for $75/month please contact our leasing department (william@bisoncatholic.org).
Once you have moved into your new apartment, it's time to unpack and get to know your neighbors, there will be a mandatory orientation session and meal starting at 5 PM!
