Joe Hendrickx

Hi! No, you're not reading that wrong, this is how we spell Hendrickx.
I grew up on a small dairy farm in Minnesota, and at the age of 18 came to NDSU to pursue a profession in the medical field. Living the stereotypical college lifestyle, everything changed for me after encountering Christ and experiencing a profound conversion at a FOCUS conference during my freshman year. Coming back to Fargo, I got involved at the Newman Center for the remainder of my college years, and have been working in various ministry roles for the Church full-time ever since. Like many in this profession, I stumbled into the world of Development, and am so glad I did. I've been working at St. Paul's Newman Center for approximately 4 years, and love hearing the stories of our amazing benefactors, and connecting them more with our students and our ministry. 
I'm now married with 5 kids, and most of my hobbies are summed up in simply spending time with family. When I have some time to myself (introvert), I enjoy a good cup of coffee and a great book.
