Kloe Kapsner

Hello! My name is Kloe Kapsner, and I am excited to be serving as the Women’s Housing Minister this year. I am honored to get to work with the incredible community here to try and make Newman Living feel like home to all those who choose to live here. 

I am a senior pursuing a degree in Elementary Education and Human Development and Family Science. I grew up in a small town in Central Minnesota and loved every bit of it. When I came to college I was not sure I would ever be able to call Fargo my home. But I found my second home here at Newman and I am so grateful for this place each and every day.
