"I give to St. Paul's Newman Church of Fargo, a nonprofit corporation currently located at 2505 University Drive N, Suite 100, Fargo, ND 58102, or its successor thereto, ______________ [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose."
The process to become a resident at Newman Living is simple and can be done in just three steps!
Apply: Complete an application making sure to include a photo of your government issued identification. Applications open in September each year.
Interview: We require all applicants to have a brief interview with the Property Manager. Don't worry, this is just an opportunity for us to get to know you, and make sure that Newman Living is the right fit for you! The Property Manager will contact you to set up an interview time and location. Interviews begin several months after applications open.
Sign a Lease: Once you have completed the interview and have been accepted, you will be invited to sign a lease. Leases are signed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Applications for the 2024-2025 school year are now open!
Any student enrolled in postsecondary education (university, college, tech school, etc.) in the Fargo-Moorhead area can apply to live at Newman Living. L
Leases are usually for a 12 month period. So, make sure that will work for your schedule before applying.
Newman Living is somewhat between a dorm and a regular apartment. Students rent a private bedroom and share the kitchen, living room, and other common spaces with 2 or 3 roommates. Students can stay in their apartment year-round (including holiday breaks and over the summer).
If you have people you would like to have as roommates, please list them on your application. However, each person should complete their own seperate application for housing.
